The following services offer different forms of support – ranging from individual consultation sessions to more intensive guidance over an extended period of time.

Services & Fees
The duration and frequency of appointments are tailored to your individual situation and personal needs.
Depending on your supplementary health insurance, part of the costs may be reimbursed. Payment by debit card is also possible at the practice.

Initial Consultation: 120 minutes (longer if required) | € 220
During the initial consultation, we get to know each other, discuss your current situation, your questions and goals, and develop initial individual recommendations. The consultation includes a Global Diagnostics assessment with subsequent regulation, as well as initial orientation, practical recommendations and an overview of possible next steps. If possible, please bring any available laboratory results, medical reports, examination findings, and a list of your current medications and dietary supplements to the appointment. Afterwards, you can decide at your own pace whether individual consultations, the Orientation Package or the Intensive Support Package would be beneficial for you.

Individual Consultations: 90 minutes | € 165
For people who would like flexible support or wish to explore specific topics in greater depth. Each consultation includes a Global Diagnostics assessment with subsequent regulation, as well as time for personal questions, concerns and individual recommendations.

Orientation Support: Package Price € 990
For people who are looking for orientation, clarity and practical recommendations following a cancer diagnosis.

Included:
• 3 appointments of 120 minutes each
• Global Diagnostics assessment and regulation at every appointment
• Recommendations regarding nutrition, lifestyle, stress management and self-care
• Guidance on complementary measures
• Support in understanding medical findings, examinations and treatment recommendations
• Practical recommendations for the next steps

Intensive Support: Package Price € 2.190
For people who would like more intensive and longer-term support.

Included:
• 6 appointments of 120 minutes each
• Global Diagnostics assessment and regulation at every appointment
• Individual support with nutrition, lifestyle, stress management and self-care
• Guidance on complementary measures
• Support in understanding medical findings, examinations and treatment recommendations
• Opportunity to ask questions between appointments
• Support in preparing for medical consultations and discussions of findings
• An individual support plan tailored to your situation, including practical recommendations
• Support for family members and joint conversations as needed

Which Option Is Right for Me?
The Orientation Package is suitable for people who are looking for guidance, would like to better understand their options and wish to receive practical recommendations for the next steps.

The Intensive Support Package is designed for people who would like a personal contact person by their side over a longer period of time – with support between appointments, assistance in understanding information and medical findings, and guidance throughout treatment.

Additional Services by Arrangement
Some situations require support beyond the practice setting. If needed, I am happy to accompany you outside the practice as well – for example, to important medical appointments or during a hospital stay.

The costs are based on the actual time involved. Before each appointment, we discuss the expected scope of support in a transparent and understandable way.

Guideline Rates
• Accompaniment and consultation on site: € 110 per hour
• Travel time: € 55 per hour
• Mileage allowance: € 0.42 per kilometre
• Development of individual nutrition plans: € 110 per hour
