„The microbe is nothing, the milieu is everything.“ – Antoine Béchamp
Health starts from within
Health is not solely defined by the absence of pathogens. It is also influenced by the conditions in which our body regulates, adapts and responds to challenges. This inner environment is shaped by many factors – including nutrition, movement, sleep, breathing, stress, emotional experiences and our individual way of life.
Our inner attitude, personal values and the question of what gives a person meaning and a sense of direction can also play an important role.

My work is guided by this integrative concept of the inner environment. I combine health-promoting approaches focused on the body with the consideration of psychological, emotional and meaning-centred aspects. Rather than focusing on a single factor, I look at the interaction between different levels.
Meaning as Inner Orientation
Especially during times of illness, change or reorientation, the importance of inner direction can become more apparent.
Meaning-centred support can help people clarify their personal values, recognise their resources and find a direction that feels authentic and appropriate for their own path in life. Meaning is not simply an abstract question. What gives a person stability and what they choose to stand for can influence how they cope with challenges and how they experience their current life situation.
Health Is Not a Fixed State

Health Is Not a Fixed State
Health is a dynamic process, shaped by many interconnected factors.
My philosophy therefore brings together body, mind, lifestyle and meaning – holistically and individually, with a focus on what is genuinely practical and meaningful within each person’s life.
