Holistic Cellular and Gut Health – Cancer Prevention and Support – GlobalDiagnostics Vitalfeld-Analysis & Treatment
My life was never straight –
it has been shaped by movement and change.

Marked by creativity and speed in the advertising world, by departures to Rome, New York, and Moscow.
By profound losses – my sister and my mother – which taught me what truly matters.
By separation, responsibility, and the deep love for my children.

I began again, retrained, and allowed myself to change.
And later in life, consciously and with gratitude, I found happiness: a fulfilled marriage shaped by experience, depth, and appreciation.

From this lived experience, my path toward holistic health emerged.
Raised bilingually (Hungarian–German) in Vienna in a nurturing environment and as the middle of three children, I was confronted early on with life’s challenges. The loss of my sister to a brain tumor and my mother to breast cancer, in particular, led me to a profound professional reorientation.

After an intensive career in advertising design, I chose – as a mother of two daughters and supported by my husband and children – to follow my inner calling: to accompany people holistically on their path toward health and inner balance.

My education and advanced training include sports science, nutrient and phytotherapy, breath science, craniosacral balance, wingwave® coaching, logotherapy and existential analysis according to Viktor Frankl, clinical psychoneuroimmunology (kPNI), as well as Intermittent Living and biohacking. In addition, I successfully completed the diploma course Supportive Cancer Care.

Today, all of this – knowledge, experience and a life fully lived – flows into my work with people, with respect for their individual stories and a view of the whole person.

To conclude, a thought that shapes my work and attitude:
“For me, clinical psychoneuroimmunology (cPNI) is a journey of discovery – scientifically, professionally and personally. It describes how body, mind and environment are interconnected and how these relationships shape our health, both today and throughout our evolutionary development.”

(Dr. Leo Pruimboom, Pruimboom Institute)

Howerver, cPNI is more than biology — it also encompasses a human, meaning-oriented dimension.
From this salutogenic perspective, I developed the approach of Salutogenic Psychoneuroimmunology (SPNI), which highlights how experienced meaning and personal significance support biological regulatory processes in the body.
