Together, we create space for clarity, confidence and new perspectives.
A guide through the challenges of cancer.
For many people, a cancer diagnosis marks the beginning of a time filled with questions. What does the diagnosis mean? What lies ahead? What can I do myself? And how can I best support my body throughout treatment? This is where I come in. I provide individual psycho-oncological and integrative support from the time of diagnosis – before, during and after medical treatment.
What does integrative oncology support mean?
Psycho-oncological and integrative cancer support within a medical-oncology context – taking a holistic view of biological processes and lifestyle.
Medical treatment is at the centre of cancer care. At the same time, everyday life often brings many questions that go beyond the treatment itself – physically, emotionally and personally. This is where my supportive work begins. I help you make sense of information, set priorities and develop practical next steps that are appropriate for your individual situation.
The following areas may play a role:
Nutrition & Gut Health
Movement & Recovery
Sleep & Chronobiology
Stress & Self-Regulation
Micronutrient Support
Coping with Emotional Challenges
Personal Resources & Life Circumstances
The aim is not to change everything at once. Together, we look at what is meaningful, relevant and realistic for you right now.
Support through every phase
After diagnosis
Finding orientation at a time of uncertainty and many questions.
Together, we create an overview and identify the next steps that are important for you.
During Medical Cancer Treatment
Cancer treatment can vary greatly depending on the type of cancer and each person’s individual situation. It may include surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, immunotherapy, hormone therapy or targeted therapies. During these treatments, questions may also arise around nutrition, movement, sleep, fatigue, stress, recovery and coping with emotional challenges. I support you in making sense of these areas individually and developing practical approaches that fit into your everyday life.
After treatment
Support in transitioning back into everyday life and developing a health-oriented lifestyle that suits you and can be sustained over the long term.
Understanding the connection between body and mind
Cancer affects more than just the body. It can also influence thoughts, emotions, everyday life, relationships and personal perspectives for the future.
That is why I take a holistic view of your situation and consider not only physical aspects, but also psychological, social and personal resources.
Based on Sense-Regulative Psycho-Neuro-Immunology (SPNI), my work also incorporates meaning-centred elements and insights into the interplay between the mind, nervous system and immune system.
The aim is to strengthen self-regulation, orientation and self-efficacy while providing personal support throughout this particular phase of life.

Complementary to medical treatment
My support complements medical treatment. I do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment and do not make medical treatment decisions.
Instead, I support you in navigating your own path through the experience of cancer with greater awareness, understanding and support.
